DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We will be offering gifts cards in the near future! We are working wit our web provider in order to be able to intergrate gift card features on the web store. Please keep an eye out for this feature!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment is accepted with all major credit cards through Paypal and square. You do not need to have an account with either provider in order to check out. Both Paypal and Square and among the world's most trusted payment processors.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship using Canada Post. This means that it will get handed to your national carrier once it leaves canada (such as USPS or EMS Datapost).

We always ship with tracking and the packages are estimated to arrive in 10-15 business days.
Due to Covid, package delays are unavoidable. Please get in touch with us if your package is taking longer to arrive and we will make an enquiry with the post office.

DO YOU OFFER FREE PICKUP?
Yes!
If you would like to pick up your package in person we do offer free pickup in Pictou county, Nova Scotia, Canada. This option is available when you are checking out for you to choose.

We ship using EMS Datapost, as well as courier services. We ship within the EU, Canada and US as of right now, but if you are outside of those zones and still wish to have something made by our studio, send us a message and will can arrange a delivery for you.

For shipping within Cyprus, message us with your request and we can do free pickup, or can send things with a local parcel delivery of your choice.

DO YOU REPAIR JEWELLERY?
We do repair jewellery you bought from us or from our retailers. We do NOT repair jewellery that was not made by us.
DO YOU OFFER WORKSHOPS?
We will be offering in-person workshops in our Cyprus-based studio soon! You may expect workshops such as "create your wedding bands" and "Enamel workshops".
